Applications and confirmation

Applying to take part in an event does not guarantee a place. A place is confirmed only after you have confirmed your e-mail address, paid the fee shown for your package (unless the package has no fee) and our team has checked your payment and approved your application. We confirm by e-mail.

Payment

Fees are paid by the method shown on your application page, for example Binance. You are responsible for making sure that this payment method is permitted where you live, and for any transfer fees or taxes. Refunds are handled as described in the refund policy.

Visas and travel

We do not guarantee any visa or immigration outcome. You are responsible for your own travel documents.
