The details you submit through our forms - for example your name, e-mail address, phone number, organization, job title, country and message. When you apply to take part in an event we also collect the application details you provide and the payment confirmation you send us (a screenshot and the transaction details). If an event needs it, we ask for passport details to prepare invitation or visa letters; only our team can see them.

How we use it

To answer your enquiries, process event applications and check payments, send the confirmations and event updates you asked for, and keep our records. We do not sell your information.

We send our newsletter only to people who have ticked the box and confirmed their e-mail address. Every newsletter e-mail has a link that unsubscribes you in one click.

Cookies

We always use the cookies this website needs to work, for example to protect forms against forgery. If analytics is switched on, we use analytics cookies only after you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time with the 'Cookie settings' link at the bottom of every page.
